ADVOCACY

USING YOUR VOICE

We believe in not settling with the cards you’re dealt and the answers you don’t want to hear. Do your research—advocate for change. Fight for the very best because you and yours deserve it.

We wouldn’t be where we are today if we had not stood up for our son’s right to a natural remedy, for our right to cultivate a harmless but essentially therapeutic plant for him and others like him.

And while what has occurred within the industry thus far has been good, more is needed. Protection for farmers’ hard work and investment to grow with an increase in allowable THC limits. Protection for consumers from being deceived and potentially harmed by mislabeled, low-quality CBD products. They need faith in the products they’re consuming.

We’ll persist in our Kentucky hemp advocacy. We’ll continue advocating for hemp farmers to grow a stable, prospering, and reliable industry. As well as for you, our consumers, you can have transparency and confidence in your purchases.

But honestly, we’d love your help – there is power in numbers.

WHAT WE’VE DONE THUS FAR. THE BEST IS YET TO COME.

We believe in one thing: fighting for change.

We believe that standing up for something is always worth it, even if it feels hard to do at first. Because if you don’t stand up for what you think is right, then who will?

What’s worth more than your health? Your children’s health? Your family’s well-being? Why should anyone settle for the answers they don’t want to hear when there are better ones out there?

If you believe in standing up from change and cannabis advocacy, then please consider being a part of ours.

Here, we don’t settle.

We believe in not settling with the cards you’re dealt and the answers you don’t want to hear. Do your research—advocate for change.

We’ll persist in our Kentucky hemp advocacy, fighting for hemp farmers to grow a stable, prospering, and reliable industry; as well as consumers who need transparency and confidence in their purchases.

We are advocates of cannabis advocacy.

We believe in doing your research and standing up for what you believe in. For speaking out when wrong is being done.

That’s why we believe so much in advocacy and will keep fighting so others don’t have to fight alone.

Help us end prohibition.

HEMP AND FARMING LEGISLATION

SB113 to increase THC in hemp

This bill proposes an increase in the allowable amount of THC in hemp – a move from .3% to 1%. Kentucky Cannabis Company has been fighting for this increase since its inception in 2014, and this move will go a long way in protecting Kentucky farmers from having their crops destroyed over trace amounts of THC that naturally occur in hemp varieties today.

Cannabinoid Testing

AN ACT cannabinoid products.  Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky:
