What Does CBD “Feel” Like?
Let’s start by answering the first question most new customers have: no, CBD will
not get you high.
Unlike the more well-known cannabinoid, tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), cannabidiol (CBD) lacks the psychoactive substances that elicit the euphoric feelings commonly associated with the stigma surrounding the marijuana plant. Though most full spectrum CBD products (including ours) do contain trace amounts of THC, the presence of the tetrahydrocannabinol cannabinoid is not high enough for a user to experience any psychoactive effects. The THC found within our
Genesis Blend products (less than .3%) is, according to the Kentucky state laws, below the legal limit of consumption and perfectly safe for all ages.
Also unlike THC, CBD is not felt immediately after use–this is why we stress a continual, routine intake of CBD when incorporating it into your daily life. It is not uncommon for customers report that they don’t see results until the 6-8 week mark of frequent use, though some of our customers do claim to see serious relief after only a week or two of consistent CBD intake. Our advice? Do not give up! Sometimes, an extra week or two can mean all the difference when it comes to benefiting from (and further realizing) the results of a consistent CBD routine.
While most CBD users don’t necessarily “feel” the effects of their supplement as it takes over, they do slowly start to notice its effect over time.
